Scholar Connect is a registered education consultancy based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We provide university application assistance, student visa processing guidance, scholarship counselling, and Duolingo English Test preparation services for students seeking to study in the United Kingdom and other countries.

• Duolingo English Test (DET) preparation courses

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Make payments for services as agreed upon

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are communicated before engagement. Payment terms, refund policies, and any applicable taxes are detailed in the service agreement provided at the time of enrolment.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we provide expert guidance and support, Scholar Connect does not guarantee university admission, visa approval, or specific test scores. Decisions by universities, immigration authorities, and testing organisations are outside our control.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and course materials, is the property of Scholar Connect and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dhaka.
